I thought I’d be more motivated to maintain an exercise program if I made a page documenting my progress. Now anyone in the world can be my accountability partner. I hear those monks in Tibet can be real bears when it comes to holding you accountable.

4/8/2013, walked my driveway – about 6 city blocks long (a bit dizzy… that’s the best excuse I could come up with!

3/27/2012, walked a mile around Seattle today with my son. I hope that counts as I have missed several days!
